Fees
Fees must be paid by the student at the time of admission in July and thereafter every month till the end of the academic year. If the student fails to deposit her fees in the stipulated time period a nominal fine is charged. A readmission fee will be charged if the student crosses the stipulated time period. If the student does not pay the fee at all it will result in cancellation of admission from the school for which the school is not responsible what so ever.
Examinations & Promotion
The student's progress, accessed by means of tests and terminal exams will be communicated to the parents from time to time. The student must attend to and write all tests and examinations conducted by the school during the academic year in order to be promoted to the next class. Promotion to the next class depends upon the performance of the pupils throughout the year. The decision of the principal and the teachers are final. In case of a student is unable to appear for an exam, there will not be any re-examination.
Extra Curricular and Co-Curricular Activities
Students are expected and encouraged to participate in their area of interest from the wide-range of extracurricular activities available in KBPS, that provide every child an independent platform, where the child herself is able to explore the hidden talent within her.
