Attendance & Leave
1. The Student must attend school regularly and punctually and must have minimum of 75% attendance at the end of the academic session. In case of failure of minimum required attendance by the student, she will not be permitted to write exams for which the student is solely responsible and the School holds no responsibility what so ever. No one is allowed to leave the School premises during School hours without permission
2. The student must give an application for leave in case leave is required by the student and in case of emergency leave, an application must be submitted the next day. A medical certificate must be produced if the pupil is absent for more than three days. Attendance on the re-opening day after each vacation and the last day of each term is compulsory. In case the student is absent for more than 7 days continuously without notice, a fine will be imposed and in case of 15 days her admission will be cancelled and re-admission will be obtained only after the student deposits a fine.
3. Holidays will be declared strictly as per guidelines issued by the Madhyamik Shiksha Parishat and District Inspector of Schools, Pratapgarh .
Examinations & Promotion
The student's progress, accessed by means of tests and terminal exams will be communicated to the parents from time to time. The student must attend to and write all tests and examinations conducted by the school during the academic year in order to be promoted to the next class. Promotion to the next class depends upon the performance of the pupils throughout the year. The decision of the principal and the teachers are final. In case a student is unable to appear for an exam, there will not be any re-examination.
Library & Labs
1.Students must remain silent in the library
2. Once a book is issued to a student it becomes the students responsibility to return the book to the library on the specified date in the same condition it was issued. Breach of which will result in late fine and 2 times cost of book in case of theft, loss or damage.
3. If any student is caught stealing any book from the library strict action will be taken against the student.
4. Library clearance must be taken before the student can receive her admit card.
5. Students must maintain silence and discipline in all the labs.
6. They must not play around with any kind of lab equipment, material, solutions, chemicals etc as this can cause harm and accidents.
7. Any damage done to the labs in any way will be charged to the student in its monetary equivalent.
Private Tuitions
Private tuition is generally discouraged and should be considered only as a remedial measure, in exceptional cases such as prolonged illness, late admission, change over from a new system etc.
