Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct is an indispensible tool for the development and functioning of any Organisation. A Code of Conduct has been drafted for students studying in KBIC.
1. Timely reaching the school and attending all classes on a regular basis is expected by all KBIC students. Students should try to maintain 100% attendance.
2. All students are expected to be honourable and well mannered. Lying, cheating, and stealing of any kind will not be tolerated.
3. Students must show respect for the school’s property.
4. Students must behave with regard to their own safety and the safety of others
5. All students should be appropriately dressed in the prescribed school uniform in a manner that promotes academic seriousness and reflects a cultural sensitivity.
6. KBIC is a drug-free campus. The use or possession of harmful drugs, tobacco, or alcohol on campus or at school-sponsored events will not be tolerated.
7. Students are not allowed to bring valuables to the school. The school will not hold any responsibility for loss or theft of any such valuable
8. No arms and ammunitions will be allowed strictly.
General Rules
1. Students will be issued photo identity cards at the time of admission; they must keep the identity card with them at all times. Entry to the school will be given only after inspection of identity cards.
2. Students must come to school in the specified school uniform that is available at the school book stall. Expensive and ornate jewellery must not be worn. The school is not responsible for the loss of such articles.
3. If any student is found misbehaving in the school premises strict action and a fine will be imposed
4. Any student found causing damage to the school’s property will be penalized
If any student is found breaking any rules and regulation of the school, strict action will be taken against the student. Students must obey all rules drafted by the school.
Fees
Fees must be paid by the student at the time of admission in July and thereafter in January. If the student fails to deposit her fees in the stipulated time period a nominal fine is charged. A readmission fee will be charged if the student crosses the stipulated time period. If the student does not pay the fee at all it will result in cancellation of admission from the school for which the school is not responsible what so ever.
