Admission requirements
Admission for any academic year is only taken for classes 6, 7, 8, 9 & 11. Admissions are not accepted in classes 10 and 12 as per rules of Madhyamik Shiksha Parishat, except in special cases where the district inspector of school gives written permission for children of personnel in government service facing a transfer from one city to another.

Admission Procedure
Admissions open every year in the month of June. Admissions last till all the seats are occupied, thus admissions are done on a first come first priority basis. All students who wish to take admission are required to purchase the admission form first. Thereafter they must fill up all the particulars in the form and attach all their certificates as mentioned in the form. The duly filled form must be submitted to the office within the stipulated time period. After proper screening of all documents, admission is granted to the student by charging a nominal yearly fee. The student is issued a photo identity with the student’s name confirming admission. Once the student is admitted to KBIC she must follow all the rules and regulations set by the school throughout the academic year that have been duly accepted and signed, by the candidate and her guardian on the admission form at the time of admission, violation to which the candidates admission will stand cancel at anytime during the academic year..
Admission Fee
Fees charged at KBIC for the academic year is very nominal and in accordance with the guidelines of District Inspector of schools, Pratapgarh.
Fees is charged in two instalments during the academic year. The first instalment is charged from 15th July till 31st July and the second instalment is charged from 15th January to 31st January.
Note: Form fees is non refundable irrespective of whether admission is taken or not. And yearly fees is also non refundable once admission is taken.
